Im an intern in Prague until the end of the year, however my rent contract lasts till 30.06.27 (or max 31.08.27) but it could be extended for more than a year. It is a shared room (2 persons, 2 beds) with a chair, desk, cabinet, lamp. The apartment is shared with fellow students and includes a kitchen (oven, stove, microwave, 2 fridges) 2 bathrooms (2 showers, 2 toilets, 1 washing machine). It is located on the fourth floor of the building. Monthly Rent: 12500 CZK or 532 euros; deposit: 792 euro. The location is quite nice, not too far to the city centre, but also mostly quiet and peaceful.
