On behalf of the owner, I am renting a room in an apartment. This is for a female tenant only, as I am also a woman living alone in the apartment. Age does not matter; the person just needs to like cleaning, be quiet and decent. The apartment is situated in a nice, quiet area and is a 15–20-minute walk to the center. Albert, Penny, and Lidl are nearby. The apartment is fully equipped, and the room has a sofa bed and TV as shown in the pictures. The TV and sofa bed cannot be removed. The rent, including utilities and internet, is 6,000 CZK.
